If you do not agree, do not use the website or dashboard.
2. What Rackz Does
Rackz is a read-only analytics and intelligence dashboard.
We connect to third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, and Shopify to read payment and operational data and provide:
- insights and analysis
- alerts about potential issues
- churn and renewal predictions
- risk detection
- performance metrics
Rackz does not process payments, modify accounts, run transactions, change settings, or act on your behalf.
All changes must be made directly in your payment provider's dashboard.
3. Your Responsibility
You are fully responsible for:
- your Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, or other accounts
- your payment settings, checkout flow, and business decisions
- acting on any insights or alerts provided by Rackz
- compliance with all laws, regulations, and platform rules
Rackz is a tool, not an operational payment service.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- prevention of churn or payment failures
- increased revenue, performance, or conversion
- error-free monitoring
- detection of every issue
- uninterrupted service availability
Rackz provides insights as is and as available, with no warranties of any kind.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Rackz is offered as a recurring subscription service.
Pricing is shown on our website. Taxes may apply.
Refund rules are explained in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
Rackz is not liable for:
- lost revenue or profits
- lost data
- incorrect insights or missed alerts
- business decisions made based on Rackz analytics
- issues caused by third-party services such as Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
7. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update features, discontinue features, or modify these Terms.
Continued use of Rackz means you accept the new terms.
