REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

Rackz is a subscription-based software platform that provides payment analytics, insights, predictions, and alerts. Since Rackz provides digital services that begin immediately upon signup, refunds are limited as described below.

2. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Rackz within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a refund.

This applies only to your first billing period.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted when:

  • You are within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, and
  • You genuinely attempted to use the product, and
  • You believe Rackz did not provide value for your needs

Refunds are not based on:

  • business results (for example revenue, churn, or conversion rates)
  • payment failures caused by Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, or customer-side systems
  • incorrect configurations in your payment provider
  • decisions made based on Rackz insights

Rackz cannot guarantee revenue increase or error prevention.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • renewals after the first billing period
  • unused time on an active subscription
  • change of mind after ongoing, active use
  • failure caused by third-party platforms outside Rackz's control

  • your account email
  • the date of purchase
  • a brief explanation of your request

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
