When you connect Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify, Rackz receives read-only data such as:
- payments, subscriptions, renewals
- payout and balance information
- webhook statuses and system logs
- customer-level metadata
We never receive full credit card numbers, CVVs, or sensitive payment credentials.
2. How We Use Information
We use data to:
- display your dashboard
- generate analytics, alerts, and insights
- provide customer support
- improve features and performance
- send service notifications (for example failed webhook alerts)
Rackz does not make changes to any connected account.
Rackz does not process payments.
